the sigur rós song which will be on the vanilla sky soundtrack will in fact not be ágætis byrjun as previously reported, but svefn-g-englar. the soundtrack will also include songs by radiohead, r.e.m., jeff buckley, paul mccartney, bob dylan, and more. the soundtrack is released december 11th and the film is premiered december 14th in the united states. more on the soundtrack on billboard.com.
