another new song

here‘s (1:23 mins / 1.4 mb) a clip of a new song called smáskífa (single) which sigur ros have been playing at concerts lately, which is one of the songs from the upcoming vaka single (released april 21st). the song began as a remix of vaka but evolved into a different song, although some of vaka can still be heard in it. the song ends with jonsi’s vocals resampled into a very high and childlike pitch. all members of the band except orri then leave the stage and orri does a 3 minute piano solo.
