sigur ros in bad boys 2

sigur ros have given permission for use of two of their songs in the upcoming jerry bruckheimer film, bad boys 2. the two songs are ný batterí from ágætis byrjun and untitled #8 (a.k.a. the pop song) from ( ). apparently the pop song will be used in the film’s climatic shoot-out scene. bad boys 2 is released in theatres in usa on july 18th and you can watch a trailer for the film here.
