sveinsson + kjartansson art event in denmark

kjartan has written music for acclaimed icelandic artist ragnar kjartansson‘s installation at charlottenborg palace in denmark this saturday (march 5). the piece features 10 acoustic guitarists playing new music kjartan has written for a period of 8 hours from 12 noon til 8pm. the music features 8 interwoven pieces that form a rolling and repetitive loop, with players dropping in and out for cigarette and booze breaks as the fancy takes them.

this event is part of the wider palace party series of events planned for the day.
